This Shipping Policy explains how scuffers processes, ships, and delivers orders. Please review the information below before completing your purchase and contact our customer service team if you need help with an existing shipment.

Free Worldwide Shipping

scuffers provides Free Worldwide Shipping for eligible orders shipped to supported destinations. No standard shipping charge is added for this service.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing includes reviewing the order information, confirming item availability, preparing the package, and arranging shipment. Orders requiring address clarification, payment review, or additional customer information may take longer to process.

You will receive a shipment notification when the order has been prepared and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after order processing is completed and the package is shipped.

The total estimated time from placing an order to delivery is therefore generally the 1–3 day processing period plus the estimated 2–5 day delivery period.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, transportation interruptions, local delivery conditions, customs procedures, holidays, address issues, and other events outside the direct control of scuffers may affect delivery.

Shipping Destinations

scuffers offers Free Worldwide Shipping to supported international destinations.

Delivery availability may depend on local restrictions, service coverage, import requirements, or conditions affecting transportation to a particular country or region. If an order cannot be shipped to the address provided, customer service will contact you using the email address associated with the order.

Shipping Rates

Standard worldwide shipping is provided free of charge. Customers are not charged a standard shipping fee for orders covered by our Free Worldwide Shipping service.

Any optional service requested separately by a customer and not included in the standard shipping service would require review and approval before additional charges could apply.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information is normally sent after your order has shipped. Please allow 1–3 days after shipment for tracking activity to appear or update.

A newly issued tracking number may initially show limited information while the shipment is entered into the delivery network. This does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for reviewing the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, region, country, email address, and other delivery details before submitting an order.

If you notice an error, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We will review the request, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional processing or redelivery time may be required when a package is delayed, returned, or otherwise affected by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with the order.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Government Charges

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges are included in the scuffers Free Worldwide Shipping service.

If any such charges apply to an eligible shipment, they will be covered by scuffers. Customers are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges covered by this service.

If you receive a request for payment of customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or another government charge connected with your order, contact [email protected] before making payment so our customer service team can review the request.

Delayed Packages

Delivery delays may occur because of severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs processing, high-volume periods, local delivery conditions, holidays, or address-related issues.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, review the latest tracking information first. If tracking does not provide a clear update, email customer service with your order number and tracking details so the shipment can be reviewed.

Lost Packages

If tracking suggests that a package may be lost or there has been no meaningful movement for an extended period, contact [email protected] .

Include your full name, order number, shipping address, and tracking information. scuffers will review the available shipment details and provide the appropriate next steps based on the result of that review.

A package is not automatically considered lost because tracking is temporarily delayed or because delivery takes longer than the estimated timeframe.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, mailbox, building reception, household members, and nearby secure locations where the package may have been placed.

If the package still cannot be found, contact customer service promptly with your order number and tracking information so the situation can be reviewed.

Damaged Packages or Items

Please inspect your package and items after delivery. If the package or an item arrives damaged, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label when relevant

Keep the item and all original packaging until customer service has reviewed the issue and provided further instructions.

Orders Arriving in Multiple Packages

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately. When an order is divided into multiple packages, tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that every item in the order was included in that shipment. Review your shipment notification and tracking details before reporting a missing item.
