30 Days Free Returns
scuffers offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered.
You must contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Contact customer service within the return window, even when you have not yet shipped the item. Our team will review your request and provide the correct return instructions and return details.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all applicable conditions below:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The item is clean and free from stains, odors, damage, or wear.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and included parts remain attached or included.
- The item is returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase or the applicable order number can be provided.
- The return follows the instructions provided by customer service.
scuffers may decline a return when the item does not meet these conditions or cannot be resold in its original condition.
Item Condition
Please handle items carefully while deciding whether to keep them. Clothing should only be tried on indoors and must not be worn for normal use, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or exposed to strong odors.
Footwear, when applicable, should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Packaging, tags, protective materials, accessories, and other included components should be kept in good condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, or odors
- Items missing original tags, labels, accessories, or included parts
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
- Gift cards or other non-physical products
- Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened, worn, or used
- Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
You must contact customer service before mailing or handing an item to a carrier. Do not send a return to an address found on a shipping label, package, website listing, or previous order.

Free Return Shipping
Eligible returns approved under this policy qualify for free return shipping when the customer follows the return method and instructions provided by scuffers customer service.
Do not independently select a carrier or return method unless customer service instructs you to do so. Shipping charges, expedited services, packaging expenses, or other costs arranged without prior approval may not be reimbursed.
You are responsible for securely packaging the returned item and following all return instructions provided to you.
Return Inspection
After the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it matches the approved return request and meets the eligibility and condition requirements in this policy.
We may contact you if additional information is needed. Items that are worn, used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or otherwise ineligible may be refused or returned to the customer where permitted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
After scuffers processes the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. Processing times outside scuffers are controlled by the applicable financial institution.

Exchanges
To request an exchange, contact customer service within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to item eligibility and the availability of the requested replacement.
Do not return an item for exchange until customer service has reviewed your request and provided the correct instructions. If the requested replacement is unavailable, customer service may provide another available resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, or damage when relevant. Do not discard the item or original packaging before customer service reviews your request.
Final Sale Items
Products clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase are generally not eligible for return or exchange. This restriction does not limit any rights that apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or when a return is required by applicable law.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted. scuffers does not publish a fixed return address because the correct return instructions and return details must be provided for each approved request.
Sending an item to an address that was not provided for your approved return may delay processing or prevent the return from being received correctly.
